A Peck and Strong Favourite and one of our best sellers these flapjacks are enjoyed right across the UK and beyond. Full of flavour and deliciously moist.
Our wholesale trays of flapjacks, brownies, shortbreads and cake are baked by hand, in Devon using the same time-honoured techniques we’ve been using since 1980. Made to our own recipe, arriving in the same paper we bake them in, we pre-slice into 16 portions for convenience, ready for you to serve. At home in cafés, pubs, deli’s, garden centres, stately homes and events anything in between.

Oats (27%), Bramley Apples (16%), Pure Vegetable Margarine (Certified Sustainable Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Salt), Yoghurt Flavoured Topping (13%) (Sugar, Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil, Whey Powder [Milk], Skimmed Milk Powder, Yoghurt Powder [Milk], Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin, Citric Acid), Light Brown Soft Sugar, Blackcurrants (6%), Golden Syrup, Caster Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Thickener: Tapicoa Starch.
Product Care
Chilled: Keep covered. Keep refrigerated below 5°C. May be stored at ambient temperature : keep covered and use within two days of removal from refrigeration, or, if sooner, before Best Before date. This product can be frozen if previously kept refrigerated. Record on the box lid the product’s remaining days’ chilled life at the point of freezing. Keep in the closed box at -18°C for a maximum of twelve months. Thaw under refrigeration (<5°C). Keep covered. Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Use within the number of days’ remaining life recorded on the box lid from the date of removal from the freezer. May also be stored at ambient temperature : keep covered and use within two days from the date of removal from refrigeration, or, if sooner, before expiry of recorded remaining life. Do not re-freeze.
Frozen: Keep frozen in the sealed box at -18°C. Thaw under refrigeration (<5°C). Keep covered. Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Use within fourteen days from the date of removal from the freezer. May also be stored at ambient temperature : keep covered and use within two days from the date of removal from refrigeration, or, if sooner, before the expiry of fourteen days from the date of removal from the freezer. Do not re-freeze.
