A classic chocolate sponge cake presented in a new tray format. Our deliciously rich chocolate sponge is topped with a thick layer of chocolate ganache and topped with a crunchy layer of dark and white chocolate curls before being portioned into 16 neat slices. Simple and delicious – it’s all about the chocolate!
Our wholesale trays of flapjacks, brownies, shortbreads and cake are baked by hand, in Devon using the same time-honoured techniques we’ve been using since 1980. Made to our own recipe, and always absolutely delicious. At home in cafés, pubs, deli’s, garden centres, stately homes and events anything in between.
