Delivery issues…
We expect your order to be delivered as stated, but as we use a third party courier we cannot guarantee it. We have found our delivery partner to be very reliable but if a parcel goes astray we will do everything we can to help track it down but Peck and Strong cannot be held responsible for delays. Any special delivery requests will be passed on to the courier. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Deliveries are not available on a weekend or Bank Holidays.
Bake availability and substitution
In the event of any supply difficulties or out of stock products, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
Not happy?

Returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of the goods and food safety precautions. Please state the product type and best before date when reporting any problem. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for refund.
